Up to 14 days before the event: Cancellation can be done in writing without any charge.
For later cancellations: The deposit will NOT be refunded.
Up to 1 week before the event: You can cancel up to 10% of the confirmed guests without any charge.
For later cancellations or no-shows on the day: The full amount will be invoiced according to the correspondence.
Allergies/vegetarians/vegans: Must be notified at least 3 days before the event.
Administration fee: An administration fee of 300 DKK will be charged for sending an invoice.
Fees for payments with international credit cards: An additional fee will apply.
